Ordering

An order placed by you is an offer to purchase a particular product at the price and delivery charges specified on the The Support Desk Web Site.The Support Desk reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason. Prices and products and delivery charges, and product and service availability are current at the time of issue but are subject to change at any time without notification. To efficiently process your order you must submit your name, email address, mailing address, credit card number and the expiry date of your credit card. You must provide accurate personal details and information and must not transmit any material of any kind which contains a virus, malicious computer code transmitted on or though the Web Site or other harmful component. Your contract with The Support Desk is operable when The Support Desk advises that your order has been accepted and receipt of your payment is confirmed.

The Support Desk accepts the following credit cards: – Visa Card, MasterCard and American Express. Please note that there is a three (3%) percent surcharge on all transactions when paying by any American Express Credit Cards. Your Credit Card is charged at the time you place your order. The Support Desk accepts Cash, Personal or Corporate Cheque, Telegraphic Transfer or Direct Deposit.

In the event of you, the Customer cancelling an order after acceptance by The Support Desk of that order, The Support Desk reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to twenty percent (20%) of the total value of the order.

Termination

The Support Desk reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders at its discretion and at any time without notice. All restrictions, licences granted by you and all disclaimers and limitations of liability by The Support Desks set out in the Terms will survive termination.

Refunds and Credits

Refunds and Credits are subject to the individual Services actually provided by The Support Desk and may vary from service to service. Please ensure you carefully read all the specific Terms and Conditions applicable to your service prior to placing or confirming any orders for these services. In certain circumstances refunds for services are not available.

Credit Limits – Excessive Use

The Support Desk may at their sole discretion impose credits limits on all or any Customer accounts. If at any time this credit limit is exceeded or if excessive use is occurring on the Customer’s account then The Support Desk reserves the right to immediately request full payment of the outstanding balance from the Customer or alternatively debit the Customers nominated Credit Card for the outstanding amount.

Credit Card Fraud

Unauthorised use of a credit card, use of an invalid card and the provision of a false name and personal details will be considered fraudulent. All and any fraudulent activity will be subject to prosecution by the fullest extent of the law.

Failure to Pay For Services or Goods

Payment is due (14) fourteen days from date of invoice for Credit account holders, except that COD accounts are due prior to delivery.

The Support Desk reserves the right to retain possession of goods or in the case of services provided suspend those services in the event of non-payment of an account by a customer until such time as the customer pays the total amount outstanding.

The Customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that The Support Desk has a lien over all Goods in its possession belonging to the Customer to secure payment of any or all amounts outstanding from time to time.

Your Acceptance of These Terms

By using the The Support Desk Web Site, you signify your agreement with The Support Desk Privacy Policy. If you are NOT able to agree with any aspect of this policy or The Support Desk General Terms, please do not use The Support Desk Web Site.
